Leo delivers actionable insights across a range of building types, including offices, healthcare facilities, data centres, educational institutions, logistics sites, and condominiums — many of which also rely on Waltero's water and asset monitoring capabilities. Preflet operates primarily in the European market, with documented deployments in Germany, including a collaboration with IHK Reutlingen involving a 4,600 sqm office building. Together with Waltero, Preflet supports facility and sustainability teams in building a more complete picture of resource consumption — spanning energy, water, and infrastructure — to drive measurable progress toward net-zero targets and stronger returns on efficiency investments.
